Winzer Van Delden leads this gentle,  flow yoga class combined with a beautiful sound bath - happening in the heart of the ancient and natural ballroom 180 feet underground at Natural Bridge Caverns. 

Includes a walk through our beautiful Hidden Cavern (tours are usually $30+).

The Ballroom in our Hidden Wonders Cavern is a naturally formed space that features a large breakout dome above. Sound in the Ballroom is uniquely resonant.
